We believe that wellness and wholeness is about balance, whether physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. While we believe that ultimately finding your balance is in your own hands, it is our desire to support you on that journey.
Our work begins with where you are at, with the aim of helping you get to where you want to be. Our approach to doing that is rooted in many different traditions from around the world; many of which have stood the test of time.
We also believe that the world could use more calm and care, which we believe begins with each of us individually. Because of that, it is our intention, for both us personally and for you as well, to help us find balance and healing for ourselves, so that we are then able to bring that to whatever space we occupy in the world – whatever and wherever that may be.

I recently tried one of the signature MISTS called Adirondack Walk that are made locally by Joni. LOVE IT. As someone that has spent time in the ADKS, it is nostalgic and smells so good. I also love that Joni cares deeply about how she sources her ingredients. I’m a counselor and have been using the mist to stay grounded during my work day. It’s beautiful! Highly recommend!
